Tana Toraja Regency is one of the regencies in the province of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Toraja is an arabica coffee-producing city in Indonesia surrounded by mountains with an altitude of 1400 – 2000 above sea level, Sapan is one of the main areas for producing the best coffee. Toraja coffee has a unique tasting notes, which it has a low acidity level but has a strong body. It is not surprising that Toraja coffee is the prima donna of export coffee.
